First Aid at Work (FAAW) Refresher

I offer refreshers for First Aid at Work. To be able to book and successfully complete this refresher your current certificate must be in-date up to and including the final date of the refresher course. If you are out of date by this point you must complete the relevant full course again. Upon booking a place on this course, I will require a copy of your current, in-date certificate which can be sent to me via email. 

This course can be delivered on-site at your work place if you would prefer, please call me so we can talk through the requirements.

The FAAW Refresher is 2-days (18-hours contact time), it is a very intensive course.

  • Anaphylaxis and Allergies
  • Asthma
  • Bone, muscle and joint injuries
  • Burns & Scalds
  • Chest Pains
  • Choking Adult
  • Communication & Casualty Care
  • Eye Injuries
  • Fainting
  • Head injuries
  • Safe use of an AED (defibrillator)
  • Diabetes
  • Managing an Emergency
  • Minor and Catastrophic Bleeding
  • Posiening
  • Roles & Responsibilities of a First Aider
  • Seizures
  • Shock
  • Spinal Injuries
  • Stroke
  • Unresponsive Adult
  • Recovery Position
  • Primary & Secondary Surveys

On successful completion of this course, you will be issued with an A4 e-certificate via email which is valid for 3-years.

This course is priced at £200 per person if booking as an individual.
