Event Medical Cover & First Aid

JBS Medical provides reliable, professional event medical cover for events of all sizes, from small community gatherings to large, complex public events such as concerts, sporting events etc.

With extensive experience supporting a wide range of events, I understand that no two events are ever the same. Medical cover is planned around your event, your audience, and your risks, not delivered as a one-size-fits-all solution. Whether it’s a local village fete or a large-scale outdoor event, the focus is always on keeping attendees, staff, and performers safe.

Previous event work includes:

  • Outdoor live music concerts with crowds of up to 1,000 people, including multiple stages and fireworks displays

  • Sporting events including two-day and three-day ultra-marathon events; charity football and rugby matches.

  • Christmas markets

  • Village fetes and community events

  • Local authority community fun days

Medical cover is delivered calmly, professionally, and proportionately, from minor injuries and illness through to managing serious incidents until onward care arrives. Having worked in challenging, real-world environments, I’m comfortable operating in busy public spaces, low-light conditions, and adverse weather when required.

I specialise in providing multi-day event cover including overnight care.

I ensure that all services provided are in accordance with The Purple Guide of which will be documented in the Event Medical Plan.

Please note, we do not provide ambulances. But, as part of the event medical planning if required we will liaise with the local NHS trust and ambulance service.

If you’re planning an event and want experienced, approachable medical cover you can rely on, JBS Medical is here to help.

Please call me on 07865 829 330 or email events@jbsmedical.co.uk to discuss your event and see how we can help!
